Facilities & Activities at Berrow House

Facilities: The owners of Berrow House want to make your stay as memorable as possible and have made available a number of facilities to make your stay relaxed and enjoyable.

We have recently extended our picnic area with a water garden. There is also a large barbeque range to use and enjoy on warm summer evenings.

Berrow House is 'Walkers and Cyclists' friendly. We provide facilities that walkers and cyclists always find welcoming; such as washing facilities for bikes, boots and equipment, a dryer for clothing, and secure storage for bikes and equipment. Areas for childen to play.

We also cater for people with special needs and offer the services of a qualified nurse on site.

Please note that we do not provide sleeping bags. These can be hired if users do not have there own.

Activities: A number of activities are offered by Berrow House. These include grass sledging, special walks and expeditions (again special needs are catered for) We have direct access onto the Malvern Hills. 

Grass sledging is a regular activity at Berrow House and is offered to individual guests or groups of visitors. Grass sledging is for all ages.(10% OFF FOR ACCOMODATION USERS)

Bill Cole is a qualified youth leader, holds the Mountain Leadership Certificate and is a keen walker.

He is happy to give advice or organise local walks and expeditions etc. Bill is keen to cater for people with special needs and he is a qualified nurse.

Bill has several years of experience as an assessor and trainer in expeditions for the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme.
